Index Card
Printing to format the shape of an index card. All selected fields are on separate lines, left-justified.
Envelope
When this radio button is selected, a choice of "Letter" or "Legal" size is displayed. The selected fields are printed approximately in the center of the chosen envelope format.
Notice that you may set and use a return address when printing envelopes. Clicking on the button "Set Return Address..." will display the dialog below.

Label
Selecting the "Label" radio button displays a grid for selecting which particular label of a standard Avery (TM) 3-column X 11-row (33-label) sheet you would like to use. This feature was included to prevent wasting expensive self-stick label sheets. Or you can select "Continuous" to print a single label from a single column sheet or continuous-label strip.
