Print Address List Dialog

The Print Address List Dialog is similar to the Print Address Card Dialog. It is different in that it was decided to eliminate trying to print addresses on mulitple envelopes, so the option for printing addresses on envelopes was removed.

Phone List
Each record in the current list is printed in a list format. The fields automatically selected reflect the most common items in a phone list. Selected fields are on one line.

Table
Each record in the current list is printed on one line in a table format.

Index Cards
Each record in the current list is printed as if formatted for an index card. Each selected field is printed on a separate line.

Labels
The fields selected are the most common for an address label. You may choose to print address labels on continuous label material, or on sheets with 3 colums of 11 labels each.

Print To File
Printing to a file is basically the same operation as what other programs would call "Exporting" a file in a text format. If you choose this option, you can choose the delimiter(s) to use between whatever fields you select.

Like other printing options in LaserUp! Simple Calendar you can select the font, font size, and font style to use in printing the Address List (when printing to a file, the font selection has no meaning and has no effect).
