Print Layout Dialog

Print Layout Dialog appears when the Print... button on the Main Dialog is clicked. This dialog allows you to specify the type of printout you would like. This is a feature lacking in the old Windows 3.1 calendar program. You will be able to print an entire month at a time, with notes and "marks" inside the box for each date. In addition, you can print a weekly appointment page also with all notes and marks. The full year printout does not have enough space for notes on each date.

The range setting specifies how many pages are printed.

The default print layout is for the current month.

If you select the Report Transactions button (a checkbox in disguise), when the Week per page Print Layout is selected, a report of all transactions for the week will be printed at the bottom of each page, and a total of all transactions for the month will appear on the last page.

You may print "empty" calendars with no information in them by selecting the "Print Empty Calendar" checkbox. The default value for this setting is to print all information for dates on a calendar and this setting is NOT saved in the Windows 95 Registry. It is meant to be a temporary setting for the particular run of the program.

You may choose the font and size for the information printed inside each date "cell" from this dialog, or from the Setup Dialog Fonts Page.
